Effective date: November 1, 2026
This policy explains how 2GA Holdings Inc. ("2GA Holdings," "we," "us") handles information obtained through 2GA LSA Reader (the "Application"), a private internal application used only by 2GA Holdings and its authorized personnel. The Application is not available to the public.
With the authorization of the account holder, the Application uses the Google Ads API to read data from Google Local Services Ads accounts operated by 2GA Holdings. This may include:
Information submitted by people who contact us through those ads, such as name, phone number, email address, location, and the service requested;
Lead activity, such as the date and time of calls and messages, call duration, message content, lead status, and charge or credit status;
Account and campaign identifiers needed to tell our service areas apart.
The Application requests access to the Google Ads API only. It does not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, or other Google services, and it does not create, change, or delete campaigns, budgets, users, or account settings.
We use this information only for our internal business operations:
Responding to and following up with people who contacted us through our ads, and scheduling and providing the services they requested;
Making sure inquiries are not missed;
Measuring lead volume, response times, and advertising results.
We do not sell or rent this information, use it for third-party advertising, or provide it to data brokers. We do not use it to develop or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
To carry out the purposes above, we use third-party services to store and process this information on our behalf. These include cloud hosting and productivity services, customer communication and scheduling services, business management and customer-relationship systems (including systems provided through our franchise network), and AI-assisted processing services. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
Information is stored in systems controlled by 2GA Holdings or by the service providers described above. We limit access to personnel who need it for the purposes in this policy, use encrypted connections when retrieving information from Google, and keep authorization credentials in secure credential storage.
We keep lead information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer communications, service delivery, our business records, and our legal obligations. When it is no longer required for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it. Authorization credentials are deleted when access is no longer needed or is revoked.
If you contacted 2GA Holdings through a Google ad and would like to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email us at the address below. The authorizing Google account holder can revoke the Application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The Application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
